Why Fundraise for Relate Derby?

Fundraising is an incredibly rewarding experience, and with a little bit of effort, you can make a lot of difference to the important work Relate Derby and Southern Derbyshire does. You are here because you want to help change lives of vulnerable people in our society by raising money for a cause you care about.

Over the years we have fund raised hard to build a bursary programme for those unable to pay but need our help. However at present, we have no bursaries to offer made significantly worse by the coronavirus crisis. It has also led to a reduction in overall income for the organisation affecting our clients and services.

Where Do Your Funds Go?

As an independent charity, Relate Derby is totally self-financing. We rely on payments and donations from clients and supporters, as well as grants and any contracts that enable us to offer our counselling services free of charge.

We need your help to raise funds for vulnerable people during this time. Your funds will build the bursaries so that they can receive free or reduced-fee counselling at the critical time of their lives when they need our specialist support.
