Sex Therapy
Sex therapy can help you if you are experiencing difficulties in your love life.
All couples go through periods where they don’t have the time or energy for regular sex. If this has become the norm and you would like to rediscover your sex life, then Relate’s sex therapy programme may be right for you. It’s natural to want better sex with your partner and sometimes there are specific reasons for your difficulties. Don’t be embarrassed about it – get help from the experts. We also see individuals who are not currently in a relationship.
Our specialist sex therapists carry out a careful assessment and then will help you to develop a programme that is right for you.
As with all our services, this type of counselling is completely confidential. We will not reveal any information about you to a third party unless someone’s personal safety is at risk.
We will ask you to make a payment for your counselling in advance. There is an initial registration and administration cost of £15 and then you will be charged for each appointment. Each counselling session costs us £65 to provide. We are a not-for-profit service and offer subsidised sessions if you need these. Please contact us to find out more about booking an appointment with one of our counsellors.

Testimonials
“My Councillor Ruth has definitely helped me with my self-confidence + self esteem in terms of my sex-life. Her non-medical techniques have certainly helped and improved my time in the bedroom, and also allowed me to grow closer to my wife intimately. The sessions have also made me feel a lot better about my body in relation with body image issues” - Robert
“Lisa is a credit to her vocation, she is single handedly the only person to put me on the right track to where I need to be. She was very insightful and has a good understanding.” - Clara
